PACE

Prevention through Action, Care, and Empowerment (PACE)….One Step at a Time

PACE provides counseling to help clients focus on reducing high risk behaviors. PACE can help people living with HIV to avoid infecting other people and to lower their high risk behaviors.

PACE counselors are trained to help you meet your goals to be safer and healthier. The PACE program is for those who face challenges in practicing safer sex, negotiation and communication skills, who struggle with substance use, or have problems trying to follow complicated medical regimens.  When you feel you are ready, we can help with telling family, friends and partners about your illness.

If you believe PACE may be the program for you, please contact the Charmella Tyler, Program Manager at (803) 779-7257 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
